    Industry approved

Regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), JMHA works within the regulator's strict rules and regulations. JMHA provides only sound advice and professional service giving landlords peace of mind.

Landlords are not breaking the terms and condition of your mortgage lender.

If a landlord's property has a mortgage, and JMHA takes on or manage the property, it is less likely that a landlord is in violation of the terms and conditions of his mortgage. Many buy-to-let mortgage lenders are happy for JMHA to take on or take over a mortgaged property. With financial background knowledge gained over the years, JMHA is aware that most buy-to-let lenders do not like landlords renting their properties to tenants in receipt of local housing allowance or housing benefit (as it is most commonly known). Also, lenders do not allow landlords to rent to a company who then sublets a property again. Some companies offer rent–to-rent services. Technically, landlords are subletting the property to them. In most cases, this is a breach of the mortgage terms and conditions. As a registered provider by the HCA, using JMHA is not an issue. A landlord is less likely to be in breach of their mortgage terms and condition.
