Tenancy managers visit all new tenants to help them settle in, to give advice on their responsibility to the tenancy, and to make them aware of services provided by JMHA.
Tenancy managers will handle any potential variations to a tenancy including: the processing of assignments and successions, completing transfer request reports, mutual exchanges, and the termination of a tenancy.
The tenancy management team also has the important role of investigating antisocial behaviour and any breaches of tenancy relating to our properties. This covers a wide range of issues such as: vandalism of the property, causing a nuisance, or harassment to neighbours, and the use of the property in unlawful ways.
The team will take the necessary steps to achieve a satisfactory resolution for all concerned parties. The team will refer antisocial behaviour cases to the ASB team for them to undertake specialist case management.
