Founder & Staff

JMHA's unique blend of public and private sector experience and skills, enables us to offer a fresh approach in delivering quality public sector housing services with a clear commercial focus.


JMHA's staff bring to our clients a rich mixture of backgrounds each with a different flavour and knowledge of what should be done and how. We are committed to getting the job done.


JMHA's director has been recently appointed to the board of Rochdale Housing Initiative (RHI), a social enterprise, based in Rochdale. RHI originally established a partnership between local housing associations, private developers, Rochdale Council and funding institutions, to help improve housing conditions locally as an integral part of Rochdale's regeneration. We are proud to be a preferred partner of RHI.
