Our Mission, Values & Goals

JMHA is a progressive organisation that challenges conventional responses to tackling housing need.

 

Our aims and objectives are to:

  • Provide excellent service to all our clients.
  • Work in partnership with various local authorities and housing associations in providing decent, low-cost homes, tackling and preventing homelessness.
  • Achieve value for money for local authorities, landlords and tenants.
  • Provide high quality homes. We believe that by doing so, this creates a home where people want to live, thus leading to improved quality of life. Happy tenant = happy community.
  • Bring empty homes/properties back to its former use. JMHA is currently working with various local authorities in identifying empty homes that needs refurbishing; leasing them from owners, and then subletting them to a new family or a homeless individual or family.
